In the heart of River Oaks, an upscale community in Houston, Texas, resides a quaint yet sophisticated new concept—walk up milk and cookies. The architecture is simple, yet modern, and the coffee, cookies, and other sweet and savory treats are absolutely amazing. We were fortunate to work closely with the owner, architectural design team, and landscape designer to integrate branding, signage, and graphics throughout the site.

In keeping with the architectural condition and site orientation, we integrated simple post and panel signs that provide wayfinding for pedestrian and vehicular traffic throughout the location. Additionally, we integrated hand painted graphics on the interior and exterior of the facade, to create "memorable moments" for guests and visitors. The delicious treats, inviting grounds, and simple placemaking elements have all contribute to an amazing experience and community favorite.
